St. Augustine Plantation Assisted Living - Addition
This project consists of the expansion of St. Augustine Plantation, an assisted living facility constructed in 1998. The proposed expansion is two stories, with a footprint of 6,181 ft2 and a GSF of about 12,362 ft2. It will add 27 beds to the existing 50-bed facility. St. Augustine Plantation is located on a 6.83-acre parcel in an urban area of Tallahassee, Florida. Construction of the project is currently underway.

St. George Island Plantation
Blackhawk Engineering provides continuing engineering services for the St. George Plantation, a private community located on St. George Island, Florida. The St. George Plantation Owners' Association (SGPOA) is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of facilities in the Plantation, including the five-mile main road, a private runway, and miles of additional access roads. The SGPOA recently completed a repaving project, including the runway.
